Para poder cumplirlo es importante que sepas identificar las diferentes formas en que este se puede presentar.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Te puedes encontrar con estos tipos: de tiempo, situacional, de anticipaci\u00f3n y del encuentro. \u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\"><strong>1.- Estr\u00e9s de tiempo<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">El mismo nombre lo dice, es el estr\u00e9s que nos causa el tener que cumplir con los horarios, los plazos en el trabajo, \u2026<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">La mejor forma de evitarlo es planificarnos todas las actividades del d\u00eda, tanto las profesionales, como todas las dem\u00e1s, incluidas las de ocio. Para ello podemos utilizar varios tipos de herramientas que tenemos en nuestro ordenador y en nuestros tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles. A mi la que me resulta m\u00e1s \u00fatil y f\u00e1cil de usar es el candelario de Google.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\"><strong>2.- Estr\u00e9s situacional<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Suele ocurrir cuando est\u00e1s pasando por una urgencia en tu entorno cercano, alg\u00fan conflicto, despido, enfermedad, mudanza o alguna otra situaci\u00f3n fuera de control.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Ser consciente de que no puedes controlar las circunstancias, pero si puedes controlar tus emociones y c\u00f3mo afrontar la situaci\u00f3n. Te ayudar\u00e1 mucho.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Lo primero es reconocer los s\u00edntomas que se te presentan f\u00edsicos de ansiedad y estr\u00e9s. Las t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s \u00fatiles para poner en pr\u00e1ctica al momento son:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Respiraci\u00f3n profunda y relajante<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Atenci\u00f3n plena<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">El Remedio de Rescate de las Esencias Florales de Bach<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\"><strong>3.- Estr\u00e9s anticipatorio<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Este tipo de estr\u00e9s se enfoca en el futuro. Es una anticipaci\u00f3n de cosas que pensamos que van a ocurrir y sentimos que pueden ir mal. Provocando trastornos de ansiedad. Llegando a ser uno de los tipos de estr\u00e9s m\u00e1s da\u00f1ino que existe.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Para no llegar a la situaci\u00f3n extrema de p\u00e1nico, a la que nos puede conducir, debes ser consciente que lo que te estas imaginando lo m\u00e1s seguro es que nunca ocurra<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Un buen recurso para controlar este estr\u00e9s es que visualices la situaci\u00f3n que te inquieta e imagina que todo transcurre sin problemas.\u00a0Practicar la meditaci\u00f3n, afrontar el miedo a fracasar y crear confianza ayudar\u00e1 a reducir el estr\u00e9s anticipatorio.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #54668e;\"><strong style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">4.-<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Encuentro con estr\u00e9s<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Procede de la ansiedad por interactuar con las personas o con una persona o grupo en particular.\u00a0El estr\u00e9s del encuentro y el estr\u00e9s situacional pueden ir juntos.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Repasar tus\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoconscienciacoach.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/27\/habilidades-blandas-para-la-vida-autoconsciente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">habilidades blandas<\/a> <\/strong>\u00a0y mejorar tu confianza.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Realizar ejercicios de meditaci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n plena y respiraci\u00f3n pueden ayudar a aliviar los s\u00edntomas<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #54668e;\">Recuerdo el cuento <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/dc4sGO7KTAw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cMi amigo el \u00e1rbol\u201d, Jorge Bucay <\/a>\u00a0,<\/strong>\u00a0termino este art\u00edculo haciendo referencia a este cuento para compartir contigo uno de mis recursos que me ayudan gestionar situaciones estresantes y me recuerda que es bueno aparcarlas un rato, tomando distancia.
